Location: The FIDM Museum & Galleries On The Park, 1st Level, FIDM/The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, 919 S.Opens to Public: Monday, Septemends Saturday, December 10, 2005.This exhibition follows the very successful release, from Lucasfilm Ltd., of the sixth and final film: Star Wars: Episode III-Revenge of the Sith. Over 100 original costumes, props, and accessories from all six films in the Star Wars saga will form the content of the exhibition. The work of Costume Designer, Trisha Biggar, will be the major feature of the exhibition. However, time tickets are necessary with a small handling fee (see information at end of this release).

The exhibition called, "Dressing a Galaxy: the Costumes of Star Wars," is open to the public until Saturday, December 10, 2005. The exhibition is on view at the 11,000 square foot, nonprofit FIDM Museum & Galleries located at FIDM/The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, California just minutes away from Disney Hall and Staples Center. premiered the first exhibition ever created to celebrate the art of costume design from all six Star Wars films, in September 2005.
